Rome, September 19, 2024 - In an era dominated by rapid technological and social changes, the need to return to the roots of well-being is increasingly being felt. This is the premise of “Back to Basics”, an event that will be held on September 21 at Castelletto di Torre Angela, and which promises to offer participants the necessary tools to face the challenges of the future with a new form of awareness and resilience. Before the main event, however, the organizers offer an exclusive preview with the talk “Discovering the Roots”, scheduled for September 19 at Clara's House, in via Agostino Depretis 86.
The September 19 meeting represents an essential introduction to the themes that will be explored during the “Back to Basics” openday. For two hours, starting at 6:30 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the fundamental principles of integrated well-being, guided by renowned experts in the field of bioenergetic medicine, anthropology, dance therapy and shamanic yoga. Among the speakers, names such as Giulia Decina, Shamanic Yoga teacher, and Santiago Rojas, a bioenergetic doctor, who will share not only the theoretical basis, but also stories of personal transformation that demonstrate the effectiveness of these practices.
